Shepherd are the leading specialists in property performance management. Their tech delivers real-time analytics of a property’s health and reduces its carbon footprint and operating costs.
Shepherd launched with a bold goal to transform the way properties are maintained and managed. They knew that to accelerate growth and hit their ambitious sales targets they needed consider their overall proposition and put some strategic thought into action.
Shepherd needed to get clear on their messaging. Together we broke down exactly what drives their target customers. We took a deep look at exactly what value Shepherd offers to them. This led into developing a powerful value proposition to target key decision makers in Shepherd’s priority markets.
Then, we identified two customer-centric marketing strategies that would enable Shepherd to hit their goals. An inbound strategy was vital to drive awareness, build a database, engage the right people, and generate sales qualified leads. Equally, a highly targeted Account Based Marketing strategy was needed to build relationships with key people in key places.

We introduced Shepherd to HubSpot. HubSpot helps us deliver highly targeted, personalised content at the right moment to Shepherd’s target audience.
We used Hubspot to manage the launch of Shepherd’s sponsorship of Raconteur giving them visibility of leads and readership that they’ve never had before.
