Revered across the construction industry for access control, DataScope offer a variety of digital solutions to make sizable building projects smoother, simpler and safer.
Entrepreneurial through and through DataScope have a constant innovation process. And in creating a digital solution ahead of its time, they had a challenge; how to make this product both compelling to a laggard market and akin to DataScope.
The resolve
The construction industry is complicated, especially when you’re operating globally - different degrees of digital adoption, ways of working and legislation are everyday challenges. Analysing the market, buyers, the wider buying circle and competing solutions was the first step.
From here we were able to make decisions on prioritisation and fit – finding the best synergy between market and buyer, and DataScope and their new product.
We used this as the foundation for a fitting narrative and a suite of tools to help the DataScope sales and marketing teams – from descriptors to a playbook – all geared to help the team effectively communicate the value of their new product to their core buying audiences.
The
impact
The work we completed helped unify and align internal teams – both in terms of prioritisation of products but also in communications and go-to-market activities.
The new product is live on multiple projects and DataScope are growing at a stronger, faster rate than ever before with over 1,000 projects live in over 25 countries.
