Inbound & HubSpot

Inbound Marketing Strategy & Delivery

Inbound is a more helpful, more human approach to marketing. It’s focused on building meaningful, long-term relationships with the right target customers at the right moment. A method of attracting, engaging, and delighting through conversations that build value and develop trust.

We’re a HubSpot Solutions Partner. We use their purpose-built, all-in-one Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Marketing Automation platform to deliver Inbound Marketing strategy for ourselves and for our clients.

The Inbound Process

We start by getting to know your business. What your goals are and how you plan to achieve them. Then we take what we learn and use it to build a detailed and highly targeted Inbound Marketing roadmap to support your demand generation and lead nurturing goals.

After this we’ll get stuck into HubSpot. From optimising your contact list to automating your marketing and sales activity. We can do it all for you or we can show you how it’s all done. We can deliver your roadmap or we can set you up to successfully run it yourself – it’s your choice.

Typically, our Inbound Marketing process includes:

  1. Briefing & Background Research
  2. Inbound Roadmap Development
  3. HubSpot onboarding
  4. Inbound implementation in HubSpot
  5. Measuring and ongoing improvement

Why HubSpot?

HubSpot is a powerful CRM that will help you to attract visitors, nurture leads, and delight customers. It’s a software platform with solutions for Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service.

HubSpot allows you to fully engage with your customer journey. Helping you to understand how you can move prospects from strangers to visitors, converting leads into customers and developing loyal advocates.

If you’ve been in this game a while you’ll know about CRMs. You’ll at least have heard of Salesforce. HubSpot offers something quite different. It’s Marketing, Sales, and Service focused. It’s not just for marketers and it’s not just for Sales people. It works for, and unifies, all departments.

Inbound Marketing works best when everything’s connected. When all your information and data is secured together in one place, it’s easier to access and analyse. Sales and Marketing teams work better when they collaborate, when they are on the same page and can see the big picture. HubSpot links all your activity together in one space, properly aligning Marketing and Sales with shared activity and goals. It gives you visibility over all your touchpoints.

We use it ourselves. We love it and we’re confident you will too.
