With over 20 years experience in B2B marketing Ruth is an expert in creating marketing strategies for our clients. She is always ready to get hands-on at a tactical level too. A real people person who thrives on building strong relationships with clients. Ruth uses strategic thinking to shape successful inbound and ABM programmes using HubSpot or any CRM. With a focus on delivering the key goals our clients are aiming for.

Catherine is skilled in value proposition and messaging development, strategy and planning and inbound marketing. She leads Perfectly Picked’s inbound marketing strategy, is Inbound Marketing certified with HubSpot and is studying for a Level 6 Diploma in Professional Marketing with the CIM.
Nicola is highly organised, with a keen eye for detail. She is involved with every aspect of our business making sure we are efficient and effective, consistently exceeding our clients' expectations. Nicola enjoys working closely with companies and individuals to get the best end result possible.

Shelley brings over 20 years experience across marketing and communications. She’s an expert in words and can get to the heart of any brand through language, story telling and copy writing. Shelley supports our Value Proposition and Messaging Development projects.
With over 10 years experience working with market-leading companies all over the world, Wayne is an expert in working with sales teams to develop and execute targeted customer nurture campaigns – generating opportunities, building new business pipelines and gaining valuable customer insight.
