A fantastic opportunity exists for an ambitious marketer to help drive the business to the next level.  Reporting to the Marketing Director the Marketing Executive will be responsible for delivering best practice across all aspects of the marketing and promotions mix, as well as implementing the marketing strategy to help ensure that the company meets its business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Helping define the marketing strategy for the business
• Executing corporate marketing activities including; PR/AR, brand guidelines, corporate messaging, corporate communications and online marketing activities
• Executing field marketing activities including; online and tradition direct marketing, trade shows, events and wider lead generation activities
• Managing marketing activities to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget
• Measuring the effectiveness of marketing activities and making the relevant changes bases on results
• Working with product management to define appropriate messages and positioning
• Ensuring the sales teams have access to the necessary collateral and sales tools

Skills / Attributes Required 

• Knowledge of the full marketing mix
• Ability to manage a marketing campaign from design, through execution to completion, including effective budget management and planning to ensure the campaign is cost effective and delivers results
• Good communication skills
• A good understanding of website design, usability and analytics as well as online advertising and search enginge optimsation
• Strong direct marketing and online marketing skills
• Experience of public and analyst relations
• Good time management and organisation skills with attention to detail
• The ability to manage external agencies
